About the Relaxed Performance

This is the same Vivace Christmas show, presented in a more relaxed setting.

We know that the usual conventions of a concert can sometimes make attending feel difficult. At this performance, there is no need to worry about sitting completely still or being completely quiet. You are welcome to move around the hall if you need to, and to leave and re-enter. We’ll keep the house lights on at a comfortable level throughout.

There will be no loud or sudden effects. Doors will remain open to the portico so that anyone who needs a breath of fresh air can step out and come back in. Our front-of-house team will be on hand to help with seats near the aisle or at the back.

If you use ear defenders or sensory aids, please bring them. If you need an Essential Companion to attend with you, their ticket is free.

It’s the same music and the same performers, with the same care and attention – just presented in a way that aims to make everyone feel welcome and safe.
